This key leadership role will be at the heart of efforts to develop, launch, and evolve a portfolio of competitive, high-quality Medicare Advantage products. 

 

What You Can Expect:

  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of Medicare Advantage product strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities and emerging risks. 
  • Oversee benefit design and supplemental offerings to optimize value.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, including bid submissions and plan filings.
  • Partner with Quality, Pharmacy and Actuary teams on product enhancements that improve Star Ratings, risk adjustment, and quality performance.
  • Partner with actuarial team and CMO to manage medical loss ratio (MLR) and financial sustainability.
  • Align products with clinically financially integrated network to enhance care coordination, quality outcomes, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 8 years’ relevant experience
