What You Can Expect:

  • Monday-Friday with full benefits 
  • Must be able to function in a VERY time sensitive environment
  • Perform initial intake of appeals, attaching relevant supporting documents, and routing to appropriate team members
  • Ensure cases are accurate and complete, conducting outreach to members and providers for additional information or clarification as needed
  • Perform complete, accurate, and consistent data entry into system software applications. 
  • Prepare files and documentation for review and processing, including compiling and organizing appeal packets, records, and files

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Customer Service, Health Insurance, or Healthcare preferred
